EMERGENCY REPAIRS: We hope you have a troublefree Christmas break however, in the event of EMERGENCY REPAIRS ONLY during the Christmas break, please contact us using the Repair Form, these will be checked periodically.

Action will ONLY be taken to make safe problems classed as an emergency and which are causing a genuine risk to health, safety or property. All other repairs will be actioned as soon as possible once normal working hours resume.

NOTE: There is a standard call-out charge for the Emergency Contractor and if a problem is found to be caused by the occupier or deemed not to be a genuine emergency by the Contractor then the cost of the call-out may be re-charged to the occupier.
