Applicable law

English law will be applicable, with the English Courts having exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim, dispute or difference concerning the service and any matter arising from it.


Our professional indemnity insurance is arranged by:

Our bank accounts are held with Barclays, 2 Liscard Village, Wallasey, Wirral, Merseyside, CH45 4JS. Deposit monies are held in Moscrops Estate Agents Ltd t/as Moscrops Clients Deposit Account. Rent & other client monies are held in Moscrops Estate Agents Ltd t/as Moscrops Clients General Account.

If applicable, any interest earned will be retained by Moscrops Estate Agents Ltd.

Client Money Protection (CMP) Scheme

We are members of NAEA, ARLA and RICS which means that we are covered by the RICS Client Money Protection (CMP) Scheme and where relevant, will apply the rules of this Scheme to our client money handling procedures. The RICS CMP Scheme is operated in line with the requirements set out in the The Client Money Protection Schemes for Property Agents (Approval and Designation of Schemes) Regulations 2018.
